I think by now most of you know I live with chronic pain. I am being treated if you can call it that at a pain clinic and yet I still have daily pain levels of about 6 or better. So what I would love is to discuss how we each deal with our pain. How do you get through your day ? Is it pain medication ? Exercise ? Diet ? What are your tried and true tricks and tips to make it through those hard days and what do you do to recover form an awful day ?
